Our anniversary was yesterday! Richard and I were able to go celebrate with a nice dinner at Husk. My mom was in town, so she babysat for us (thanks again Mom!). We had been wanting to go to Husk since they opened around Christmas time, but hadn't made it. We told our waitress that we wish they had opened sooner...it was so good! They change their menu everyday. We had a great appetizer with homemade wheat thins, toasted bread, dijon type mustard, pimento cheese, pickled vegetables, and thinly sliced ham. All I can say is "yum"! Richard had the catfish and I had the grouper.
And here we were 3 years ago...
