Kirksey and I flew to Birmingham on May 31 so I could make a trip to Memphis to find us a place to live. (which was successful!) Kirksey did so well on the airplane. I nursed her on the take off and landing of both flights to keep her ears from hurting. She was fussy for just a few minutes each flight, but enjoyed people-watching the rest of the time. I am so thankful to have such a sweet baby girl. It definitely made the stressful traveling with an infant much easier!

Kirksey got to play with Maci for a couple of days. I think they will be just fine around each other when we move to Memphis and get to have Maci back in our house. Maci will just sit near Kirksey almost as if he is guarding her!
We also had Kirksey's 6 month well-visit today. So, she had another round of shots. She did not cry as long this time after she got the shots. Maybe that means she will not be like her mother who used to lock herself in the car when she had to go to the doctor, ha!
